Red little bumps are making me itch

Ah! Now the itching is all over my body. I wake up in the middle of the night itching my back, thighs, and neck. I am getting these small red bumps and they itch! I have been using tons of that clobetasol and it's better than nothing. But I still itch.

I went to the dermatologist who said what I have is eczema. I really shouldn't be my own skin doctor. He said all the creams and things I've been doing aggravate the skin. He prescribed clobetasol and now it feels better. It doesn't burn on my neck and the inflammation has gone down.

Help! What is this? How did it get here? How do I make this go away? What's happening to me? I am getting these itchy patches around my body - neck, shoulder, back of knee, and elbow pit. It's been going on for about 5 weeks and I thought it was ringworm aka tinea, so I tried Lotrimin Cream, Hydrocortisone, aloe vera gel, tea tree oil, diaper rash cream, and they relieved the itch temporarily but it still comes back. Now I am trying Neosporin Jock Itch AF Miconazole 2%. I also been taking 2 showers a day and eating well. My diet includes seaweed, salads, olive oil, water, beef, chicken, fish, and occasional Red Mango yogurt. My boyfriend says that I have a pattern to develop these skin irritations every summer. I just want it to go away and keep it away. Please comment!
